Promoting Jesus' Family Values in the UK
We've been in the UK this past week. Yesterday we were in and around London for the whole day twice at St Ethelburga's Center for Reconciliation and Peace once to talk about Jesus' Family Values and in the evening for a discussion on hospitality. I did an interview with Premier Christian Radio which will be broadcast sometime next week. The wonderful Simon Barrow arranged it all.
Over the past few days we've been in Bath. It is a fascinating city.

Meanwhile, on Stand Firm your book is causing an uproar. See http://www.standfirminfaith.com/index.php/site/article/3323/. What fun!
The StandFirm stuff is, as one might expect, rather gloomy. I've added a personal response to it. Hope you don't mind being "written into the text", Deirdre ;)
Pity the StandFirm folks don't realise they are the worst possible advert for Christianity....
The StandFirm stuff is typical for that site--ad hominem attacks and jumping to all sorts of unfounded conclusions that fit their preconceived notions.
And yes, they are the worst sort of advertisement for Christianity...
Glad you are traveling and conversing, D! Have a wonderful stay in the UK.
Haven't had the stomach to go to Stand Firm yet to look at those comments. Maybe tonight...
Be well. See you next time I'm in NYC, I hope.
